                               My favorite part of Mardi Gras on Soulard is the Dog Parade.Starts @ 1;00 pm.Boss Hall will be playing a special brunch from 10 am{My that’s early} to 1:00pm @ the Franklin Room{664-7706},816 Allen Avenue.One half block from the parade itself.30 dollars gets you brunch,champagne, access all day as there will be music continually.My guess is it’s gonna be rather chilly Sunday.The Franklin Room is a unique worlds fair vintage ballroom.After 2pm, 5 dollars will get you in and out.Anyway,check it out.Adios,me
